Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026.
This policy covers physicianads.com (“PhysicianAds”, “we”). It lists what is collected when you read the site or send us a message, why, and who handles it. Questions go to contact@email.physicianads.com.
When you read the site
Request logs at our host
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives each request your browser makes: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, your browser’s user agent and the page that linked you here. It uses this to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small script on each page reports the page viewed, the referring page, your country, your browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. We see those figures in aggregate; we do not use them to identify you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
What we do not do
Our pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies, we do not use an ad network, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
When you use the contact form
What you send
The form asks for your name, your email address, a topic and your message. We use them to read and answer your message, and to check a suggested listing or correction. Please do not send patient information or anything else confidential through the form.
The Turnstile check
A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs under the form to tell people from automated visitors. It collects signals from your browser and device for that purpose, and Cloudflare processes them under its own privacy policy. The check result is sent with your message so our server can confirm it.
How the message reaches us
Our server passes the message to our email delivery provider (acting as our data processor), which delivers it to our inbox. Your address is set as the reply address so we can write back. To slow down abuse, our server counts messages per IP address for a few minutes in memory and keeps no record of them. Our server’s logs record that a message was sent or refused, never its text or your address.
How long we keep it
We keep messages in our inbox for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of corrections made to the site. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Calculators
The calculators work out their results on the page from what you type. They write your inputs into the page address so a result can be bookmarked or shared, and anyone you send that address to can see the inputs in it. The calculators do not send what you type to us, and nothing you enter is added to the site’s data.
An address with inputs in it reaches our host the way any address does: when a page is loaded from it, for example when someone opens a shared link, or when the form is sent in a browser with script turned off. It then appears in the request logs described above, like any other page request.
Links to other sites
The directories and guides link to the boards, sites, agencies and public bodies they describe. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you share with them is between you and them.
Your choices
You can read the whole site without giving us anything. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@email.physicianads.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top. The current version always applies.
