About the site.

What is PhysicianAds?

An independent reference on physician advertising, in both directions: where employers and vendors advertise to physicians, and where physicians and practices advertise to patients. It describes each venue in the same fields, says what it costs where the price is published, and dates every figure.

Is PhysicianAds a job board, a recruiter or an agency?

No. It does not host job ads, place physicians or run campaigns for anyone. It describes the boards, agencies and sites that do, and links to them so you can deal with them directly.

Where do the prices come from?

From each venue’s own pricing or terms page, read on the date shown next to the figure. A price that sits behind a quote form or could not be confirmed is labelled as such or left blank. How the checking works.

Can a company pay to be listed, or to rank higher?

No. Being listed is free and is decided by whether the venue serves the readers here. Payment never changes a listing’s facts, its place in a table or a guide’s verdict. Sponsored placements, once they run, are labelled and kept apart. How placements work.

How do I suggest a venue or correct a listing?

Use the contact form and include the page that shows the price or term. Corrections are checked against that page before anything changes, and the verified date moves when they are made.

Is this the physicianads.com that ran classified ads?

The domain is the same; the publisher is not. physicianads.com changed hands in September 2026. It is now published independently and has no connection to the people who ran it before, or to any other “-ads.com” medical domain. Old ad page addresses lead to the closest page on the new site.

Can I post a job or a CV here?

Not on this site. The directory shows where to post a physician job or list a CV, what each board charges, and which ones are free for physicians.

Do the rules pages give legal advice?

No. They summarize a rule and cite the board or agency that wrote it, so you can read the source. For a decision about your own advertising, check with your state medical board or a health care attorney.

How current are the pay figures?

Each pay page shows the release date of the federal survey it uses. The survey is published once a year, and the pages change when a new release comes out.

What does the site record about my visit?

Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, our hosting provider handles the usual request logs, and the contact form uses a Turnstile check. The privacy policy lists what each of those collects.
